With 700 feet of beautiful private beach, homeowners and their guests can enjoy the spectacular Atlantic Ocean while sitting at the edge of the water. Sunrise to the East and sunset to the West greet you in the early morning or the late afternoons. Your feet touch soft, white, fine sand as you breathe that special ocean air.
The walkway to the beach is bordered on both sides by protected dunes, complete with bright wild flowers, dune grasses, different varieties of shrubbery, and low-lying trees.
More than 120 ocean blue chaise lounge chairs are waiting for homeowners and their guests during the summer, with bright blue umbrellas to shield some from the sun. Beach boys are there to help make you comfortable.

The crystal clear water of the pool at The Water Club mirrors the sunshine overhead. With a combination of grass and designer pavers, the area surrounding the pool provides plenty of space for lounge chairs, outdoor sofas, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and even a gazebo for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.
With a lap lane for those who wish, the pool is monitored by lifeguards throughout the summer months and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Homeowners and their guests – adults and children alike – can enjoy the pool from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.
The pool house that borders the pool has bathrooms and storage areas for pool supplies.

When you turn off Beech Street and enter The Water Club property, there is a gatehouse manned 24 hours by a security guard, with lift gates on entry and exit.
In addition, there are security cameras, monitoring entrance and exit from the community
Unless you are a homeowner, access to the property is by permission only. Every guest or visitor must stop at the gatehouse and the homeowner called before entry is granted.
